Reason for loving what you do:

When we asked Tiahn why she enjoyed her role she said, "I love being able to work with kids and their families to help them to feel empowered. I love that I am always being challenged to problem solve with families and find solutions that suit them! It’s especially special to see a child build their confidence and see their resilience develop, this is really the most rewarding part of my job!”
