These Wooden Stamp Puzzles are actually a very versatile activity!
At the outset they provide a nicely presented pegboard for developing visual perception and fine motor skills. But there are more options! Each puzzle piece has a corresponding stamp underneath and there is a non-toxic, washable ink pad included in the set. Use it for:
* Vertical surface work to build up strength in little wrists and shoulders - tape a large sheet of paper to a wall and have the child draw a road then stamp on all the vehicles, or a farmyard and stamp on all the farm animals
* Language development through talking about what pictures to place place where and why
* Fine motor skill development when it's time to use drawing to add to the picture and to colour in the stamps when they dry
