Crossover Pencil Grip

The Crossover Grip is the new design from the makers of The Pencil Grip. This grip is highly recommended by Occupational Therapists to assist children to learn to maintain a comfortable grip without 'thumb-wrapping'. Now our most popular pencil grip! This grip has a soft, comfortable feel and is suitable for left or right handers. It can also stretch nicely for thicker pencils as well as thin pencils.

The people at The Pencil Grip have designed a three-step process for children who tend to cross their fingers over (or thumb wrap). All three use the same basic design, but the Crossover has added 'wings' to prevent fingers from crossing over each other. The Pinch Grip then has a smaller barrier and The Pencil Grip becomes the final step, simply supports children to maintain a functional tripod grasp.
