Wikki Stix are a fabulous creation! They are one of our favourite items to use in therapy for children. Wikki Stix are a patented combination of yarn and non toxic wax formula. Soft and pliable they are easy for young fingers to twist, bend, shape and position. Easy to create letters, numbers, people, in fact anything! They stick to each other and almost any surface and can be used over and over again. Unlimited fun for hours. Use wikki stix to develop phonic awareness and to practice letter formations. When a child makes a picture out of wikki stix she/he is practicing a whole range of skills - fine motor control, strength and bilateral skills, visual motor planning, visual memory, visual spatial skills, concentration, and more. Who knew?!
