Feeling Friends Strategy Cards

The strategy cards are part of the Feeling Friends range. They can be used alongside the Feeling Friends Bunny and Bear, or on their own. The range of cards come in a set of 24 linked together on a key ring. 

The cards are visual prompts to help children develop coping strategies when responding to uncomfortable feelings. 

The cards are ideally used to help children to:

• ask for assistance from a parent
• seek other social support eg: from their pet
• solve their problems
• calm down with breathing techniques
• distract and think about something else
