These soft silicone finger protectors create a gentle barrier to help reduce picking and serve as a tactile reminder to stop. You can wear them on just the affected fingers or on all fingers as needed.

Each set includes 10 protectors and is available in 5 sizes.

• Please note: For some adults, the largest size may feel snug for extended wear.  Photos show fit on average male and female adult hands.

• Slim enough to allow use while typing or writing (though they may take a little getting used to).

• For best comfort, many users find wearing them with the larger opening on the finger pad side helps with dexterity.
