* Simply slide the cards into the board so that children can copy the image underneath by inserting the pegs into the board at varying intervals. They're practicing fine motor control, pincer grasp, matching skills and counting skills.
* Or children can copy your board as you create an image - a step harder for their visual spatial skills and you can add sequencing and patterning skills
* Children can create their own images (very creative :) and you can copy on a seperate board (make some mistakes so that they can spot them and help you fix them!)
