Games and Activities for Visual Memory
Therapy and sensory toys, tools and aids for babies, kids, children and teens.
The following games and activities provide the opportunity to develop visual memory and visual sequential memory.
Activities for Visual Memory: Strengthen your child's ability to remember things they see with fun and educational games.
Working Memory Toys: These toys help children develop their ability to focus and remember things they need for a task.
Visual Sequential Memory Games: Improve your child's ability to remember information in the correct order.
When using games like this it's important to identify strategies that are helpful very explicitly for the child. For example, if they have to remember 5 things they could 'notice' that there are 3 red things and 2 yellow things, or they could put them in a specific left to right order. Have the child tell you how they're going to remember, how they are going to organise their thinking. What's their plan?
