Movement Sensory Processing

Therapy and sensory toys, tools and aids for babies, kids, children and teens.

Some children need to 'keep their Engine Speed just right' for the job at hand by being allowed to have some movement. You might be a 'movement seeker' too! We all need to get up and move around from time to time, ie to have a movement break. The resources below are chosen to enable children to have access to movement, to have movement breaks, or to encourage children who don't like moving to move.

Some children may have vestibular intolerance or gravitational insecurity - both sensory processing issues affecting their ability to enjoy movement. In these situations a therapy programme is required and we have included some of the items below as they can be used in therapy or at home to gradually develop tolerance and confidence.
