Reason for loving what you do:

When we asked Michael the reason he loves his job he said, "I like trying to make therapy fun and motivating whilst challenging the children to reach their potential. I love working closely with families, seeing the growth and development of children and helping them reach their communication goals. Also, making a difference by enabling children to access the curriculum and get the most out of their learning opportunities."
